At GDMercantile, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once they have been opened or used:

  • Facial cleansing brushes and skincare devices
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Jade rollers and gua sha tools
  • Humidifiers, diffusers, or similar products that have been used
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may result in restrictions on future purchases.
